Lipgloss4lives is not only an internet store. J Kelley Salon is our official head quarters. There you can try our tester colors and purchase our products. If you have any questions or concerns about our products, donations or our company we would love to hear from you.

Refund Policy

If you have any skin irritation or adverse reaction to any of our products you must return the product with invoice with in 7 days of your purchase for a full refund. There after and with in 14 days with a 25% restocking fee. Shipping not included.

Apparel can be exchanged for another size if you have not worn the item. Shipping charges will be charged for exchanged apparel items.

We use the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail Service. Package Delivery usually with in 7-10 Business days (most often sooner based on product availability).

Express Mail Package $30.00 per BOX/Envelope Flat rate. Express mail ships with in 1-2 business days.

Box size is determined per individual purchase by item quantities, size and dollar amount.

In Store pickup available @: J Kelley Salon, 81 Bridge Street, Yarmouth, ME 04096 , 207-846-9696. Usually takes up to one week or less for order to be ready for in store pickup. Provide your E-mail or phone # for pick up time notification.
